Leaf Systems Ltd produces two of its own key publications:

 

The Directory of Offender Education and Resettlement Services

 

The Directory is an essential information resource for those working with offenders and was previously published by the Forum on Prisoner Education until its close in 2006. During that time Leaf's Director and Forum Trustee, Matt Logan donated Leaf's company time to the production of the volume recognising it as a valuable contribution to promoting co-operative work between those working with offenders. The new edition is to be published in the summer and in addition to the regular custody and probation listings there will be new sections devoted to voluntary and community sectors. The book will also be available in CD-ROM format for the first time.

 

The foreword of the 2007 edition will be provided by Jon Gamble, The LSC’s Director of Adult Learning. The volume will be edited by Matt Logan, Professor David Wilson and Matthew Preston of Leaf Systems and is due for publication in July priced £39.99. The Outlook

 

The Outlook was acquired by Leaf Systems in autumn 2006, at the time it was one of the leading periodicals aimed specifically at offenders in the South West. It is due to be re-launched in autumn this year. The newspaper format will be replaced with magazine format aimed specifically at the needs of offenders in custody and community.
