Outreach Support

Leaf delivers "Outreach Support" using a team of Employment Coordinators and mentors.

This highly specialised team of individuals are based around the country and able to work with learners making the transition from custody to community.

Leaf workers are from different professional backgrounds, in order to provide diversity to the team, but have a generic role within the service we provide, and support the process of multi-agency /partner working across the contracts we currently hold.
